Youth training á la Albania

The Er hangja Association participated as partner in a project in Albania, between 12-19 October. The title of the Erasmus+ training was Gender Portrays trough Media. Three participants took part in the program from the city of Sacueni and represented Romania beside other youngsters from Macedonia, Kosovo, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, and Albania.

During the seven days the participants worked on the question of how man and women are depicted in media, doing this through individual work and team work, and also through non-formal educational methods.

Albania is not a usual target country of the travelling people from the Carpathian basin, even if the waves of the Adriatic Sea are just as beautiful as in Croatia, Italy or Montenegro. However, this project was a real experience to those who got a chance to visit a growing country where great organizers, prepared trainers, open-minded and friendly youth made the training an unforgettable and substantial.
